Roxanne has partnered with the team at Sleep Better Live Better to ensure that any clients suspected to have a sleep related breathing disorder and/or poor sleep are treated appropriately by these experts. Their clinics focus on helping patients manage their sleep problems with solutions for snoring, sleep apnea, insomnia and poor sleep.
Dr. Muir, founder and Clinical Director of Sleep Better Live Better, has been in private practice for over 30 years. She graduated with her Doctor of Medical Dentistry (DMD) degree from UBC in 1987. Her keen interest in facial development and airway maintenance led her early on to gear her practice towards the focus of Dental Sleep Medicine and TMJ.
She is a Credentialed Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine, one of only three practicing with this distinction in British Columbia. She is also a Credentialed Diplomate of the American Sleep and Breathing Academy and is the only double Diplomate practicing in B.C. Diplomate designations ensures quality care by an experienced and professionally trained clinician in the field. She has also taken extensive post-graduate training in TMD(TMJ), jaw joint health and facial pain and is the author of the book The Amazing Ripple Effects of Healthy Sleep.

Roberta joined the Sleep Better Live better team with over 20 years experience in sleep therapy and management. She quickly learned the Oral Appliance Therapy world and was excited to be able to offer this therapy to her patients. Roberta, is a Sleep Therapist who already had extensive experience with CPAP therapy. She is an RPSGT (Registered Polysomnograph Technician) and has her certification in Clinical Sleep Health. Roberta provides excellent patient care and outcomes for patients with Snoring ,Sleep Apnea, Insomnia and vitamin imbalances effecting sleep.
Micara joined Sleep Better Live Better to help patients navigate everything from their first appointment to their extensive follow up. She is often the first person you will meet in office , by email or by phone. She assists patients schedule appointments and she answers questions in a knowledgeable and professional manner, She is an expert at navigating the sometimes complex world if extended medical benefits and is also the one patient’s count on for on going follow up contact as well as for any questions or concerns.
